Exchange and Returns

Exchange Policy

Currently we offer exchange to orders shipped within Hong Kong that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged and with all tags attached for a different size within 14 days of your order delivery.

Please send us an exchange request via email to info@anadana.co and let us know your order number. After receiving an email confirmation on the exchange request, please seal the package properly and send back the original items with a courier with tracking capabilities and email/message the tracking number to us. We are not responsible for any lost packages. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept unpaid parcel, and it will be returned to you.

Once we received your parcel, we’ll fulfill the exchange order accordingly. Please note you are responsible for the shipping costs and that all exchanges are final.

 

Refund of Defective Items

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a defective item, please contact info@anadana.co and we would be happy to assist you.

Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as defective.

What defines faulty?

  • Manufacturing faults.

  • Products with different design from the items you ordered.
